Effective date: July 2026 • Plain language operational Agreement
Welcome to MailBlaster. These terms of service govern your registration, SaaS subscription, and operational use of our bulk email broadcasting platform. By creating an account or sending campaigns through MailBlaster, you agree to follow these direct, practical terms.
When registering for MailBlaster, you must supply accurate, legitimate business details—including your full name, organization or workspace name, valid working email address, verified telephone number with country code, and physical or business address. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all actions taken under your tenant workspace.
We reserve the right to review account registration data and verify domain ownership prior to activating live high-volume email broadcast quotas.
MailBlaster offers three structured tier allocations:
Recurring monthly billing: Paid tiers (Starter and Unlimited) auto-renew every 30 days. Payments are securely processed through our integrated payment gateways, Stripe and PayPal.
Plan upgrades and downgrades: Upgrading your tier instantly adjusts your workspace sending limits and bills a prorated charge or new recurring subscription cycle. Downgrading to Free immediately stops future renewal charges; you retain current tier benefits until the conclusion of your active prepaid period.
MailBlaster operates zero-tolerance enforcement regarding unsolicited broadcast email and spam. To protect global deliverability and sender reputation, you agree to abide by our strict opt-in sender requirements.
Platform ownership: MailBlaster owns all rights, title, source code, user interfaces, documentation, and underlying software architectures of the platform. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property ownership of the software to you.
Customer data ownership: You retain complete ownership over every contact list, email template copy, subject line, visual image, and custom logo you upload to MailBlaster. You grant MailBlaster a limited, secure execution license exclusively to host, format, and deliver your messaging campaigns on your behalf.
User termination: You may close your workspace or stop using MailBlaster at any time via your account Settings tab. Closing an account disables ongoing subscription billing and stops sending abilities immediately.
Administrative suspension: MailBlaster reserves the right to immediately suspend, block, or terminate sending privileges without refund if your workspace exceeds acceptable industry spam complaint ratios (e.g., above 0.1%), triggers excessive hard bounces, distributes prohibited or fraudulent messaging, or breaches our Acceptable Use Policy.
Upon permanent account deletion or termination, customer subscriber lists and uploaded files are queued for permanent purge according to our data deletion cycles.
We strive to maintain maximum platform uptime and rapid API message routing through our infrastructure partners. However, MailBlaster services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without express or implied warranties of absolute, uninterrupted availability.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with accepted commercial technology contracting standards. In the event of any dispute or claim arising from your subscription or email broadcasts, both parties agree to first attempt direct, good-faith amicable resolution before initiating legal mediation or dispute arbitration.
